About Kim Realty Kim Realty was founded in 1980 by Vincent Ng, presently the company's Chief Executive Officer. The Property Auction Fair in Malaysia was conceptualized and pioneered by Kim Realty with its inaugural Fair on 30th November 2002 at the Concorde Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. This innovative method helped introduce an exciting new trend of promoting and disseminating information on properties of non performing loans for “mass” public auction where several properties were sold in a single auction day as against the conventional property auction method.
